About us
Although the learning of the physical skills related to swimming and water safety is critical, great attention also must be paid to the positive attitudes and feelings that our gre85at Instructors develop in each student (and observer). A major part of what we offer each student is trust. For example we foster and develop this trust because what we are asking our students to do (open their eyes under water, dive into deep water or recover an object from the pool floor) needs to come from genuine positive reinforcement to inspire confidence. Our instructors adapt to unexpected circumstances; they are alert to the changing dynamics of each class and cater for them. Particularly in an aquatic environment, they function calmly and efficiently in all teaching situations and conditions, being alert, adaptable and flexible at all times. Our instructors establish a cooperative working spirit with their class and between the students, using appropriate assertive techniques in all aspects of class management.

Operating in line with State School terms and holidays we are big enough to offer great discounts yet small enough to provide personal attention to all swimmers. By swimming with programs structured for terms & block lessons we produce fantastic swim results from lesson planning, consistency, with very few missed lessons. This has prompted us to become a no make-up swim school thereby creating cost savings, coupled with the use of shared facilities allows DNA Aquatics to provide affordable swim lessons for the community of Bundaberg and surrounding areas.
